Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment without charge at least 24 hours prior to your session start time.

Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for your session.
No-Call-No-Shows will result in a full charge for that session.

Studio Policies

It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any current medical conditions or any changes in health before each session.

Arrive to your massage therapy appointment clean and do not wear cologne or perfume.

If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.

We have a zero tolerance policy for sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate touch. All of which is grounds for immediate termination of your session.

  • Why must I complete a health intake form?
    The intake form is an important step in ensuring a safe, effective, and tailored massage therapy experience that addresses your specific needs and concerns.
  • How often should I receive a massage?
    The frequency of massages can vary based on your individual needs, but generally, once a month is a good starting point for maintenance and relaxation. However, if you have specific issues or conditions more frequent sessions may be recommended by your therapist.
  • Will I be covered during the session?
    Yes, you will be appropriately covered with drapes or towels during the massage to ensure your privacy and comfort. If for any reason you are uncomfortable please let your therapist know during the session.
  • What if I arrive late for my session?
    Arriving late for your session may result in the appointment being canceled after 15 minutes and full charges applied. We'll try to accommodate with proper notice, but late arrivals might result in a partial appointment with full charges.
  • Do I have to be completely undressed?
    You don't have to be completely undressed during your massage. You can undress to your comfort level, and the therapist will work with your preferences.
  • What does a massage therapist's license or certification mean?
    A massage therapist's license or certification means they have completed the necessary training and met the legal requirements to practice safely and professionally. It ensures they have the skills and knowledge to provide effective and safe massages.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We do not currently accept insurance.
  • Do special rates, package deals and gift certificates expire?
    All are valid for 1 year after purchase. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • What should I do for post massage care?
    Rehydrating after the massage is recommended, and your therapist may provide specific after-care instructions based on your session and their assessment.
  • What is your safety policy regarding COVID-19 and Masks?
    Masks are not required, but are welcomed. We respect your privacy as well as the privacy of our staff members and do not require your vaccination status.
  • What are your cleanliness protocols?
    We use an air purifier and sanitize the massage table and door handles after every session to maintain a clean and safe environment.
